Parkdale United Church Wednesday Jazz Series is featuring Johnny Summers on November 25th.  Johnny Summers is a multifaceted musician as a vocalist, trumpeter, arranger and composer. He has worked and performed with a number of award-winning artists.  As a recording artist, Johnny has toured Internationally, is the director of the Calgary Jazz Orchestra and is the recipient of 13 Global Music Awards, two Gospel Music Awards and numerous nominations. From duo to full jazz orchestra with strings, Johnny’s musical abilities are accentuated by his natural capacity to bring wit, laughter and soul to every performance.
